Returns & Exchanges

Preston 1947 products are designed to fit well, look great, and bring you years of enjoyment.  If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to make it right.  Do you need a different size, prefer another design, or would like to return a Preston 1947 product? No problem.  Please review our return and exchange policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Standard Products (products that have not been modified or changed from how they appear on our website):

  • Products purchased directly from the Preston 1947 company website or store may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different product within 30 days with proof of purchase. 
  • Product purchased from one of our retailers may be brought back to the store where it was originally purchased per store policy.
  • Products sent in for return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn and accompanied by all original tags, packing slip or sales receipt.
  • In the event you think the wrong product was shipped or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact Preston 1947 Customer Service within 7 business days of receiving your order at customerservice@preston1947.com or 1-800-343-8120.  We will work with you to correct your order as quickly as possible.  Please understand, normal wear or damage due to misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of notification.

  • We DO NOT refund shipping costs.

  • Exchanges will incur a shipping cost depending on size, weight and order destination shipping zone. Exchanges are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from when we receive the returned product.

  • Your new product/s or refund will be processed as soon as possible.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

  1. Print out the Return or Exchange Form (PDF).

  2. Follow the instructions on the form.

  3. Send your item along with the completed form to:
